You are welcome here. Truly.

Common Ground Women is a Christ‑centered community for women who find themselves walking through life and faith without a spouse by their side—whether through divorce, widowhood, or simply attending church on their own. It’s also a place for women who may feel unseen, a little isolated, or somewhere in between… unsure of where they belong.

Our heart is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where you can be known, encouraged, and reminded that you are not alone. Together, we’re seeking healing, meaningful connection, and renewed hope through the love and truth of Jesus.

There’s no expectation to have it all figured out. You can come just as you are.

What to Expect

This isn’t about having all the right answers or doing a lot of homework. There may be a little to read or reflect on, but it’s meant to support you—not overwhelm you.

Most of our time is spent walking through real-life, hard places—together. We talk honestly about what we’re carrying, we listen, and we remind each other what’s true based on God’s Word.

This isn’t about “fixing” everything or trying to force friendships. It’s about being in a room where you can sit with others who understand, who have walked through similar seasons, and who can gently point you back to hope in Christ.

Join Us Anytime

We mean this—you are welcome to join at any point during the semester.

So if you’re just hearing about this halfway through… or even later… it’s not too late. There’s always a place for you, and we’ll help you feel comfortable stepping in, no matter when you come.

A Little Encouragement

If you’ve been wondering if this is for you, it probably is.

You don’t have to walk this season alone. And you don’t have to wait for the “right time” to step in.

We’d truly love to have you with us.
